First, 2018 will mean my food will be less spicy. During 2017 most of the dinners I cooked we’re just chili powder dipped in [insert literally any food here]. I should switch up my cooking and provide more variety, sweet, sour, spicy and more. Looking back, 2017 wasn’t bad at all, I released the website I have always dreamed of and widened my cooking horizons. Learned more things than I even intended to. How was your 2017? Did you meet the love of your life, lost weight, did you achieve your goals? Now that most of my family and friends are back to their homes I can start paying more attention to my hobbies again, this website for example. It’s been a while, but I am back at it determined to improve it each day.

Frown not, while I was away I took the liberty to do a little research on a few of my favorite foods, I want to show you how this changed my most common meals. As said before, no more spices, I’m fed up by spicy food, time to switch things up. However I did try adding more pepper to most of my chowders and soups, turned out better than I hoped for!
